Welcome to the Healing Pool - I hope you will find my site interesting and helpful. I can’t really remember a time when I was not interested in natural health.  I have always been fascinated by the body’s natural healing properties. We only have to cut ourselves to see how quickly and efficiently our body sets to  work repairing the damage.   Sometimes I think we take this too much for granted by overloading our systems with unhealthy food and stimulants, and not taking the time to listen to what our body really needs.

Why is it we will look after our cars but not our bodies?  We cant always be in control of what life throws at us but given the right conditions, nourishment, exercise, and relaxation the body has a better chance of dealing with whatever comes along.  I have always preferred a holistic approach to life.  There is no need to deprive yourself, just do everything in moderation.
